Do you take custom orders?

Yes! We love creating personalized pieces. Whether it's embroidering new merch with your business logo or creating a personalized gift, we love creating custom pieces. Please contact us directly at stitchbymichco@gmail.com or complete the contact form on our site to discuss details. Custom designs may have a longer turnaround time and additional fees.

How long will my order take to ship?

Most ready-to-ship items are processed within 3–5 business days. Custom orders may take 2-3 weeks depending on complexity. Pet portraits can take as long as 4 weeks depending on the current volume of orders, so please plan accordingly. You’ll receive tracking info once your order ships.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to the handmade and often personalized nature of our items, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect. Please double-check your order details before placing your order!

How should I care for my embroidered items?

To keep your embroidered items looking their best:

  • Hand wash or machine wash cold on gentle cycle
  • Avoid bleach and fabric softeners
  • Air dry or tumble dry low
  • Iron inside-out on low if needed

Can I buy in bulk or wholesale?
