HOW IT WORKS:

1. Upload Your Pet's Photo: Choose a clear, high resloution image in natural lighting for best results. Please upload one photo per pet.
2. Review and Revise: We offer up to two rounds of revisions at no additional charge.
3. Approve your illustrations: Once you're happy with the design, approve your order and await your personalized item!
4. Delivery: Your custom pet portrait embroidered item will be delivered in approximately 3-5 weeks depending on current volumes. 

** Please note: If we do not hear from you with your approval/revision requests within 48 hours of sending your draft, your delivery ETA may be affected.
